No two organisations are the same. Neither are any two programmes we design.
Everything we design starts with a conversation about what your organisation actually needs. We take the time to understand your context, your culture and the specific challenges your people face before a single session is planned. The result is a programme that feels like it was made for you, because it was.
Every programme starts with listening. Here's what the process typically looks like.
We start by understanding your context, your people and what you're trying to achieve. No assumptions, no templated solutions.
We design a programme built around your specific needs and share a clear proposal, including approach, structure and investment.
We work with you to shape the final design, incorporating your feedback and any additional context before finalising.
We deliver the programme and stay in contact afterwards to review impact and talk about what comes next.
Right now, everything we do is designed specifically for you. We don't offer off-the-shelf programmes and we think that's a strength, not a limitation. You get something that actually fits.
That said, we're developing a range of open programmes for individuals and smaller organisations who want access to The Faculty's approach without a full bespoke engagement.
Need a facilitator rather than a full programme? We're equally at home running a one-off workshop, a team away day or a large conference event. We can work with your content or our own.
