Every programme starts with listening. Here's what the process typically looks like.

Discovery conversation

We start by understanding your context, your people and what you're trying to achieve. No assumptions, no templated solutions.

Design and proposal

We design a programme built around your specific needs and share a clear proposal, including approach, structure and investment.

Refinement

We work with you to shape the final design, incorporating your feedback and any additional context before finalising.

Delivery and follow-up

We deliver the programme and stay in contact afterwards to review impact and talk about what comes next.

Currently bespoke only.

Right now, everything we do is designed specifically for you. We don't offer off-the-shelf programmes and we think that's a strength, not a limitation. You get something that actually fits.

That said, we're developing a range of open programmes for individuals and smaller organisations who want access to The Faculty's approach without a full bespoke engagement.
