A powerful tool for self-awareness, better relationships and more effective teams. It creates a shared language for behaviour that people carry with them long after the session ends.
Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. It uses a simple four-colour model to help people understand their own preferences, communication style and behaviours, and to appreciate that others see and experience the world differently.
Everyone has a unique blend of the four colour energies. The tool doesn't put people in boxes, it gives them a language for talking about difference in a way that's accessible, memorable and genuinely useful back in the workplace.
Insights Discovery doesn't label people as one colour. It shows the blend, and helps people understand how their mix shapes the way they work, communicate and relate to others.
Every Insights Discovery session is shaped around your team and your goals. Here's what the journey usually looks like.
Before the session, each participant completes a short online questionnaire. This generates their unique Insights Discovery Personal Profile, which is provided for the workshop.
We run a half-day or full-day session exploring the model, helping people understand their own profile and, crucially, how to use that understanding to work better with others. We know how to keep people present, participating and genuinely enjoying themselves, whether that's virtual or in person.
Insights Discovery works brilliantly as a standalone session, but it really comes alive when built into a wider programme. We can help you work out what makes most sense for your team.
The tool is versatile enough to sit in lots of different contexts. Here are some of the most common ways we use it.
