Michael is an experienced facilitator specialising in leadership, talent development and psychological safety. Drawing on a background in organisational psychology, he brings warmth, curiosity and challenge to every session, creating space for honest conversations and real progress at The Faculty.

Sneha brings over 20 years of experience across brand marketing, leadership development and inclusion. Her background in storytelling makes her a natural facilitator: enthusiastic, engaging and able to bring ideas to life in a way that genuinely lands.

Graham brings over 30 years of experience across HR, including generalist HR business partnering before specialising in learning and development. Having led apprenticeship, graduate and future leaders talent programmes, he's known for an engaging, challenging style that pushes people to apply their learning and realise their potential.
